Bloomfield Commercial Water Damage at Church/Childcare Center

When a Bloomfield boiler room pipe burst, it caused commercial water damage to a combination child care center and church. SERVPRO techs arrived to find the job site needed water extraction from the industrial carpet and moved items to an unaffected part of the room during mitigation. Because the cleanup efforts began soon after the initial water loss event, the carpet did not receive enough exposure to cause delamination, saving the facility from having to replace it. The techs dried the carpet in place and used their professional-grade cleaners to wipe down objects and surfaces affected by water loss to ensure the room returned to sanitary standards for use by both children and churchgoers.
