Damaged Roof in a Nutley Home
When a driving rainstorm penetrates the shingled roof of a Nutley house, water damage is the result. The volume of water and the time it takes to soak into the insulation and ceiling panels before restoration are factors that dictate the amount of harm. SERVPRO strives to mitigate the damage by removing the non-salvageable building materials and thereby immediately remove much liquid and moisture. The work in progress depicts centrifugal air movers and a dehumidifier working on removing moisture from the affected room. By slowly drying the hardwood flooring, we can salvage them, no need for demolition. The removed ceiling sheetrock allows for thorough drying of the attic crawl space. The After Photo illustrates the results of a full-service cleanup and restoration service. Our goal is to make our customers feel, "Like it never even happened."
